FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes, we offer free delivery for most of North Alabama (Huntsville, Madison, Harvest, Athens - within 15 miles of East Limestone High School). Delivery fees apply for all other areas and range from $50-200. If you live outside of our free delivery zone, we recommend inquiring before booking for a quote. We deliver to Birmingham, Florence and other areas of North Alabama on a case by case basis. Please email us for a quote.

  • The full rental amount (including taxes) will be due upon delivery. An invoice will be sent out the Monday before event and can be paid through the invoice anytime before event or upon delivery of bounce house.

  • We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks. It’s your job to make sure the park has an electrical hookup to power the blower. Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide!

  • We set up the morning of your party between 7am-2pm. In the case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

    We pickup same-day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $50.

  • We accept credit and debit cards as well as cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our delivery crew does not carry cash. Payment in full is due at the time of your rental delivery.

  • We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book the inflatables. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any future date. If you reschedule your event more than once, there will be a $50 inconvenience fee.

  • We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.

  • The inflatable will be totally clean! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use.

    Contactless delivery or the use of face masks can be accommodated upon request.

  • If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held and you are able to reschedule for any future date. The rain will not hurt our inflatables. We encourage you not to cancel due to rain, as sometimes it may only be scattered showers. The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions.

    Please stay in contact with us and let us know if you are thinking about cancelling or rescheduling so we can plan accordingly! If you know you will be rescheduling due to rain please let us know by 7am morning of delivery.
